In addition, our subsidiaries and affiliated companies will not use your transaction and experience information to make marketing solicitations to you.
We may routinely collect or retain nonpublic information about you from the following sources: (1) Information we receive from you on application or other forms, such as your name, address, social security number, assets, and income; (2) Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions, and credit card usage; (3) Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness and credit history.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

When you end your customer relationship with us, or when we end our customer relationship with you, we will treat the information we have about you as if you were still our customer.
